For me no pet but 'no-nonsense' Yoga. It is not about perfectly executing a Yoga pose but about making a deeper connection with yourself. This through focus, concentration & most importantly; the Breath. As a teacher I am known for wanting to get people out of their comfort zone. Growth happens when we break old patterns & dare to push boundaries. That sounds like a great adventure: that is Yoga too. Another recurring theme in my lessons is 'energy'. Better distributing, storing & receiving energy. That brings me to relaxation after which everyone leaves the lesson positively recharged and a bit more firmly in life.
